• What is your pain tolerance? You’re complaining a lot more about (previously mentioned) rock than that massive bite in your arm. (Answer: Brent complains more about his hurt pride than any part of his hurt body.)
• Are you an idiot or just a jerk? (Answer: both.)

For Lyra:

• What do you think of Thistle? Do you get along? (Answer: Meh.)

For Orrig:

• How long have you been working in the Mercenary business? (Answer: a long time.)
• How does one grow muttonchops as glorious as yours? (Answer: Maybe he’s born with them. Or maybe its just Maybelene. Or patience.)

• What is your favorite kind of book to read? (Answer: all of them.)
