This is my last week of work at a place that has been my home for three years and I am very sad about it. I'm sorry - this week's post/blog/news-thing is going to be a bit of a bummer.
Although this is a big and wonderful change in my life, it is not without its fair share of sadness, too. I have friends here that I feel more comfortable calling family here, and now I have to say goodbye to them.
(For those of you who are hearing this for the first time: I'm moving home to finish planning my wedding so that I can get married and then move out to California. It's a really scary but exciting - and also sad - time for me.)
Have you ever had to say goodbye to someone because of a good change? How awful is that?
I guess life could be a lot worse. I could be standing in a pit with my head twisted around the wrong way. Seriously, what do I have to complain about?
