(Patrons on Patreon got to see this page three days ago, on Friday. Take a look at the Patreon page at some point.)

All things considered, this fantasy world is pretty boring so far. Maybe there should have been more fantastical creatures and weird things happening - but it really looks like business as usual. Too bad.

My mom used to take me to a lot of antique and thrift stores when I was younger (all the way up until I was 18 and could move out, yay), and I remember getting bored pretty quickly in each one of these shops. Sometimes they would have older issues of ancient comics, like Richie Rich and Little Hot Stuff, and those really saved me on some really boring trips that would creep up into the 3 hour mark (mom had to individually touch each item before she was sure she had seen everything).
I bring this up only because I wonder if the kids living in this universe would feel the same about our MP3s and Furbies.

If this page looks or feels a little different, it's because I'M the one who colored it! I'm not sure how my various shades and hues compare to Nytrinhia, but I like her firm lines, shadows, and values. Coloring a page like this again after such a long break of it felt odd, but it was good for me. Are any of you out there also webcomic authors/artists? How long does it usually take you to finish a page? Do you have any tricks that help the process move more quickly?
